Head of Cybersecurity

We are seeking an experienced Head of Information Security to join our Senior Technology management team. The ideal candidate will have a methodical approach to risk assessments and security audits, and be able to develop a roadmap for security changes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain the information security strategy
- Lead a small team of security engineers and collaborate with internal and external engineers to implement the security roadmap
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluation to team members
- Collaborate with the delivery team to plan and allocate resources, ensuring cost-effectiveness of the information security budget
- Experience in a similar role, managing and growing high-performing teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical challenges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas and influence stakeholders
- Understanding of relevant compliance for retail technology
- Optionally, relevant security certification (e.g. CISSP)
