National Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Business Development Manager to join our team at Parkside Office Professional. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share for our Miimo product.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Dealer Partnerships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with dealers across the country, providing support and guidance to ensure successful sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Market Share Growth: Develop and implement a medium- and long-term strategy to increase Miimo market share, working closely with high-performing robotic dealers to create best practices and share knowledge.
  • Regional Meetings: Organize and run regional Miimo dealer meetings to share updates, training, and coaching refreshers, as well as provide helpful tips and shortcuts.
  • HRGC Multi-Miimo Pitch Package: Develop and promote the HRGC Multi-Miimo pitch package for RFU clubs, supporting sales and marketing efforts.
  • ASM Support: Coach Area Sales Managers at sales meetings on Miimo updates and sales best practices, ensuring they are equipped to drive sales growth.
  • Dealer Support: Work closely with dealers to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies, ensuring every dealer has a 12-month plan in place.
  • New Dealer Onboarding: Support newly appointed dealers in familiarizing themselves with Miimo, ensuring a smooth transition and successful sales performance.
  • Branch Liaison: Liaise with branches on Miimo sales developments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Corporate Sales: Support the Corporate Sales Manager in securing sales into major corporate accounts, driving revenue growth.
  • Customer Support: Work with the Customer and Area Sales Manager team to resolve complex customer issues, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Miimo from a sales and technical perspective, enabling effective training and coaching.
  • Installation Support: Provide in-dealer coaching on installation, ensuring dealers are equipped to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Dealer Motivation: Manage and motivate franchised dealer staff at all levels, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Local Promotions: Liaise, plan, and assist with local promotions, shows, and PR efforts, maximizing the impact of national show programs.
  • Sales Growth: Increase sales of Miimo nationally, driving revenue growth and market share expansion.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
  • Relevant Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of sales growth and market share expansion.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with dealers and internal stakeholders.
  • Sales and Marketing Experience: Experience in selling and achieving commercial targets, with a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
  • Team Collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate with a team to achieve set objectives, with a strong focus on sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collate and present relevant data to inform sales and marketing strategies.
  • Dealer Business Understanding: Understanding of the dealer business or distributor sector, with a strong appreciation of the challenges and opportunities facing dealers.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel, intermediate in Word and PowerPoint, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data and ideas.
  • Travel and Flexibility: Full driving license and the commitment to travel extensively, with flexibility for frequent overnight stays as required.
