Job Title: National Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Business Development Manager to join our team at Parkside Office Professional. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share for our Miimo product.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Dealer Partnerships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with dealers across the country, providing support and guidance to ensure successful sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Market Share Growth: Develop and implement a medium- and long-term strategy to increase Miimo market share, working closely with high-performing robotic dealers to create best practice guides.
  • Regional Meetings: Organize and run regional Miimo dealer meetings to share updates, training, and coaching refreshers, helpful tips, and shortcuts.
  • HRGC Multi-Miimo Pitch Package: Develop and promote the HRGC Multi-Miimo pitch package for RFU clubs, supporting ASMs through coaching at sales meetings on Miimo updates and sales best practice.
  • Sales and Marketing Strategy: Support dealers in developing a 12-month sales and marketing strategy, building consideration and awareness in their territory.
  • Dealer Coaching: Provide in-dealer coaching on installation and manage and motivate franchised dealer staff to consistently provide excellent customer service and achieve overall divisional objectives.
  • Local Promotions: Liaise, plan, and assist with local promotions, shows, and PR, utilizing the national show programs to best advantage for the product groups in the area and nationally.
  • Sales Growth: Increase sales of Miimo nationally.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
  • Relevant Experience: Relevant experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the dealer business or distributor sector.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with dealers, ASMs, and other stakeholders.
  • Sales and Marketing Experience: Experience of selling and achieving commercial targets, with a proven track record of success in sales and marketing.
  • Collaboration and Analytical Skills: Experience of collaborating with a team to achieve set objectives, with strong analytical skills to collate and present relevant data.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel, intermediate in Word and PowerPoint, with a full driving license and the commitment to travel extensively.
Desirable Qualifications and Skills:
  • Knowledge of the Sector: Knowledge of the sector, including competitor activity, with a similar role in a manufacturer/retail environment preferred.
