ESG Performance Improvement Expert

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement ESG Officer to join our team. As a Procurement ESG Officer, you will play a key role in driving sustainable development initiatives within our supply chain.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Collecting and analysing data to identify trends and opportunities for improving ESG performance.
- Reporting requirements for various legal and industry frameworks.
- Gathering and validating data required for ESG reporting.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to align Procurement ESG goals.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Extract, gather and analyse supplier data.
- Handle reporting requirements for various legal and industry frameworks.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with QEHS, Engineering, Project, and Compliance teams.
- Conduct research and benchmarking.
- Develop and implement ESG-related policies and procedures.
- Provide training and guidance to procurement teams.
- Monitor ESG regulatory developments.
The salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including 34 days holiday, company pension scheme, and discounts on Cinema, Restaurants and Shopping with Telent Reward scheme.
