Job Description
Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a Support Worker to join our team in Ditchingham. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with varying needs, helping them to gain independence and confidence in their daily lives. You will work closely with our service users to identify their goals and aspirations, and develop personalized plans to achieve them. You will also provide emotional support, encouragement, and guidance to help our service users build their skills and confidence.

Responsibilities and Duties
* Provide person-centered care and support to service users
* Assist with personal care, medication management, and other daily living tasks
* Encourage and support service users to participate in activities and pursue their interests
* Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements and Qualifications
* Full UK driving license (essential)
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Compassionate and empathetic approach
* Basic IT skills and willingness to learn
