Staff Nurse

We are seeking an experienced Registered General Nurse to join our nursing team at Willing Care. As a vital member of our team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality nursing care to older adults.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional care to older adults and will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, devising tailored nursing care plans, and administering prescribed medications and treatments. You will also be responsible for monitoring and evaluating patient progress, providing support to patients and their families, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic patient care.
Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments and devise tailored nursing care plans for older adults
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments with precision and care under the guidance of physicians
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, proactively adjusting care plans to ensure optimal outcomes
- Provide unwavering support to patients and their families
- Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic and comprehensive patient care
- RGN qualification and registration with the appropriate regulatory body
- Preferably prior experience in working with older adults, mental health patients, and rehabilitation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients and their families
- The ability to thrive both as part of a team and independently
- A compassionate and empathetic approach towards patient care, ensuring dignity and respect at all times
