This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled financial assistant to join Holden Jones, a well-established accounting practice. As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for managing various financial tasks, including annual statutory accounts, corporation tax returns, and management accounts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, good IT skills, including Excel, and a willingness to learn and progress. Previous knowledge of QuickBooks, Xero, and Sage would be advantageous.

A summary of your responsibilities would include:

  1. Annual statutory accounts
  2. Corporation tax returns
  3. Management accounts
  4. Bookkeeping and VAT returns
  5. Other ad-hoc tasks as required

Holden Jones offers onsite parking, great benefits, social activities, flexible home working (2 days per week), and a 1pm finish every Friday. We estimate the salary for this role to be around £27,000-£32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
