Project Support Manager Opportunity

University Hospitals Plymouth is seeking a highly skilled Project Support Manager to join their Estate Development & Site Management Team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery and management of minor and major capital projects.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide planning and administrative support to the operational and project management functions.
  • Project manage small minor works capital schemes from inception to completion, ensuring schemes are carried out within budget, to the required quality, and delivered on time.
  • Support the production of project documentation, issues logs, risk registers, and project control reports using Trust documentation and electronic tools.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable proficiency in the use of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and Project.
  • Able to present information in a concise and easily readable format, with experience in report/document writing.
  • Able to deduce key points from large/complex volumes.
