Assistant Store Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Puig's Battersea power station store. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in achieving sales objectives, maintaining high operational and merchandising standards, and developing a highly motivated sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales goals and analyzing sales reports to determine business strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to maintain high operational and merchandising standards, and ensure a welcoming and entrepreneurial work culture.
  • Develop and motivate sales team members to meet assigned sales and productivity goals, and support the development of Fragrance Consultants' techniques.
  • Assist in managing the client database and utilizing information to increase sales and client contact.
  • Manage special events, including collection previews, client events, and center events.
  • Assist in maintaining staffing levels and work schedules to ensure appropriate floor coverage while controlling payroll costs.
