Job DescriptionAs an IT Support Specialist at Aspire, you'll play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
- First-Line Support: You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, responding to queries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Technical Support: You'll work closely with our senior engineers to provide project support and assist with technical tasks.
- Infrastructure Setup: You'll help set up desktops and laptops, ensuring our systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Ticket Management: You'll manage tickets, including password resets, new user requests, and fault logging.
You'll also have opportunities to work on infrastructure refreshes, telephony rollouts, and other exciting projects.
