As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing a high-performing team, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily meetings with the Lettings team to discuss sales strategies and performance metrics
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Monitor and assess individual team member performance, including conducting regular one-to-one meetings
  • Encourage team development and progression, identifying opportunities for growth and training
  • Focus on generating new and repeat business through effective sales and marketing strategies
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring excellent customer service
  • Liaise with tenants to arrange property viewings and negotiate offers
  • Ensure the business is risk-averse and compliant with regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Full UK driving license for a manual vehicle
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential lettings at a senior negotiator position or higher
  • Ability to work well with others to create a positive team culture
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create and implement business plans relevant to the branch
  • Strong understanding of current legislation related to residential lettings
  • Ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads
  • Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good telephone manner and strong IT skills
  • Attention to detail
