Senior Branch Manager

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Branch Manager to join our team at Spicerhaart. As a key leader in our prestigious brand, you will be responsible for guiding a dynamic team in delivering unparalleled service to our discerning clients, specializing in upmarket properties.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead daily meetings with the Estate Agency team to discuss sales strategies and performance
* Coach the team to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and drive business growth
* Monitor and assess individual team member performance, including conducting one-to-one meetings
* Focus on generating new and repeat business through effective sales and marketing techniques
* Ensure the business is risk-averse and follows the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies

**Essential Skills**

* Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
* Minimum of 2 years' experience within Estate Agency at a Senior Negotiator position, a Property Valuer position, or higher
* Ability to work well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
* Ability to create and action business plans relevant to your branch
* Strong understanding of current legislation related to Estate Agency
* Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
* Ability to work under own initiative
