About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Executive Chef Director to oversee the management and support of our catering team. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Recruiting, training, and developing staff to deliver high-quality services to our clients and customers.
  2. Maintaining control of food stocks within budgetary constraints.
  3. Ensuring effective team communication, internal and external relationships, and client liaison to achieve operational excellence.

Requirements and Qualifications
