As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive works to building plant, equipment, and systems across the Central Belt of Scotland.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading facilities maintenance company that operates in the Building Services Industry. Our client has a strong reputation for providing great careers for progression and offers beneficial training courses/programs to support the growth and development of their employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out routine maintenance to all building plant, equipment, and systems in accordance with agreed service levels.
  • Ensure that reactive breakdowns are carried out in accordance with agreed service levels.
  • Complete timesheets accurately, recording site time, expenses, and submit weekly with report sheets.
  • Record all reactive and PPM tasks accurately and in detail using report sheets and ensure signed by the client weekly.
  • Ensure that Method Statements and Risk Assessments are prepared for all tasks carried out to provide safe working practices.
  • Encourage a safe and healthy working environment and ensure compliance with all Company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • The ideal candidate is client-facing, with strong building services background and fully Commercially Gas qualified.
