Job Description

We are looking for experienced trainers who can deliver sector-specific training to organisations across the UK. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in health and social care, with a proven track record of delivering training courses to the required standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver clinical training in adult and childcare services
  • Assess training courses to ensure they meet the required standard
  • Work with clients to understand their training needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless delivery of training services
Requirements:
  • ENB998 and Practice Educator or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in the field of health and social care
  • DBS check and relevant insurances in place
  • Training/teaching qualification (Cert-Ed, Level 3 Award in Education & Training, PTTLS, CTTLS) or willingness to undertake training
  • NMC/HCP pin number to deliver clinical subjects
Desirable Experience:
  • Driving licence and use of own vehicle
  • Experience of delivering face-to-face or virtually
  • Own equipment to deliver training (laptop, printer, projector, learning equipment)
  • 2 years + teaching experience
