Civil Design Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Civil Design Engineer to join our team at Calibre Search Ltd. As a Civil Design Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing innovative and practical engineering solutions for residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the design team to create effective engineering solutions.
  • Prepare and review detailed engineering drawings, calculations, and specifications.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project feasibility and monitor progress.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of project proposals, cost estimates, and feasibility studies.
  • Utilize engineering software and tools effectively to optimize design processes.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Civil Engineering and experience working in a design consultancy environment. A BEng in Civil Engineering and Chartered status with the ICE would be highly desirable.

The package for this role includes a competitive salary of £35,000 - £50,000 plus benefits, free parking, and hybrid working from home. We promote equality in the workplace and welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified candidates.
