The Role

As General Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Executives and driving business growth through effective sales strategies. You will work closely with the team to identify opportunities, develop sales plans, and execute them to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of Sales Executives to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Identify new opportunities and develop sales plans to capitalize on them
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics

Salary and Benefits
