• Manage the operational finance team, guaranteeing precision and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Deliver comprehensive financial services to schools within the trust.
• Supervise financial administration activities, including procurement, payments, banking, and revenue processing.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of VAT returns.
• Act as finance system administrator, overseeing user access and workflow.
• Collaborate with the CFO to establish and implement operational protocols.

The ideal candidate should possess outstanding communication and organizational abilities, experience in supporting teams, and proficiency in handling large volumes of data. Having an AAT qualification or progressing towards one is advantageous, along with a deep understanding of fundamental accounting principles and financial reporting.
