About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Retail Manager to join our team at Holland & Barrett International Limited. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the store and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store satisfied and engaged.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a high-performing team, setting clear expectations and providing coaching and training to ensure success.
  • Store Operations: Assist the Store Manager in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized store environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Sales and Profitability: Drive sales growth through effective merchandising, visual displays, and promotional activities, while maintaining profitability and controlling costs.
  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and skills, ensuring expertise in our products and services.
Requirements
  • Previous Retail Experience: Proven experience in a retail management or supervisory role, with a strong understanding of customer service and sales principles.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Product Knowledge: A passion for our products and services, with a strong understanding of our brand values and mission.
