The Role
We are seeking a hands-on, commercial, and results-driven manager who has a passion for coaching and developing their teams, combined with a drive for delivering world-class customer experience. As an Assistant Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Driving the customer experience through your leadership and sales teams
- Delivering sales and ensuring site profitability
- Training, coaching, and developing your team
- Maintaining company and brand standards as well as adhering to health and safety guidelines
- Achieving store and company key performance indicators
- Keeping up to date with current trends, including competitor analysis
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a customer service centric and commercial leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional results. If you have a proven track record of success in a retail management role and are looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.
The Package
The salary on offer for this appointment is up to £40,000 per annum dependent upon experience, plus bonus and various other company benefits.
