Corporate Learning Manager

Austin Fraser is partnering with a company in Kent to find a highly skilled Learning and Development Specialist for a temporary role. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in training program management and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting needs assessments and gathering feedback from employees and managers
- Designing and developing comprehensive training programs
- Evaluating the impact and effectiveness of training initiatives
Requirements include:
- Advanced degree in Education, Training, HR, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in Learning and Development or a similar role
- Expertise in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Strong leadership and project management skills
The daily rate for this position is expected to be between £110 and £250, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications. Benefits include flexible working arrangements and opportunities to work on diverse projects and teams.
