About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role within our care services team at our Lincoln Hub. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our services meet the needs of adults with learning disabilities and autism, providing them with a safe and supportive environment.

You will work closely with our care teams to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote equality, diversity, and inclusion.
