Job Description

This role involves designing, building, and delivering secure enterprise solutions across various initiatives within the organization. As one of our Security Engineers, you'll join a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with other engineers, product managers, and security teams.

You'll bring subject-matter expertise around cloud security to the team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing, developing, and deploying scalable cloud-based security solutions.
  • Performing vulnerability testing, risk analyses, and security assessments against our cloud environment.
  • Developing and coordinating cloud security procedures and disaster recovery plans.
  • Collaborating with Security Operations, Threat & Vulnerability Management, and software development teams to ensure cloud solutions are securely integrated with new and existing software and infrastructure.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in a cloud computing environment (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • A strong understanding of cloud architecture and security principles.
  • Experience with security tools and technologies such as Wiz, Sentinel, Microsoft Defender Suite, Azure, Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to cloud security.
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-code (IAC) and an understanding of misconfigurations.
