Lead Quality Improvement Initiatives

Certain Advantage is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Excellence Lead to join its team in North East Hampshire. This permanent role will involve leading quality improvement initiatives and ensuring excellent quality standards across the board.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Providing quality engineering expertise to ensure products meet client requirements
  • Managing KPIs and ensuring preventative actions are taken
  • Facilitating quality improvement initiatives
  • Ensuring supplier quality excellence
  • Aiding productivity improvements through project-based activities
  • Utilizing FMEA where required
  • Managing and improving the NCR system

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes
  • Identify and address quality issues
