Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our established Multidisciplinary team, providing recovery-focused treatment and support to individuals with mental health disorders. As part of our Community Transformation programme, this role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with a diverse group of professionals, enhancing your skills and experience while making a meaningful difference in people's lives.

Key responsibilities include undertaking comprehensive assessments, formulating individualised care plans, and providing education and support to develop service users' understanding of mental illness. You will also act as a Care Co-ordinator/Lead Practitioner, managing records, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.
