Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our Multidisciplinary team as part of our Community Transformation programme.

The aim of the service is to provide recovery-focused treatment and support via personalised care plans for individuals presenting with a range of mental health disorders. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a spectrum of clinical professionals, including Nurses, Psychologists, and Support Time Recovery workers.

As a key member of the team, you will undertake comprehensive assessments, formulate care plans, conduct risk assessments, and provide education and training to develop service users' understanding of mental illness.
