**About the Position:**

We are seeking a highly experienced and compassionate Dementia Care Specialist to join our team at Runwood Homes Limited. As a leading provider of residential care, dementia care, and nursing care services, we strive to deliver personalized care that celebrates the lives of each and every one of our residents.

The successful candidate will have expertise in person-centred care planning, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional care to our residents with dementia. Holding an NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care is advantageous but not essential.

In this role, you will lead a team of Care Assistants, ensuring they maintain the highest care standards, and support the Home Manager and Deputy Manager in providing physical, social, and emotional care to residents.

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Lead a team of Care Assistants to deliver high-quality care.
  • Support the Home Manager and Deputy Manager in managing the home.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues.
