Senior Paraplanner Opportunity

Tempest Jones is seeking a highly experienced Paraplanner to join their well-established Financial Planning practice. The successful candidate will provide paraplanning support to a team of Financial Advisers and mentor and train the existing team of Paraplanners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the review and enhancement of technical research, report writing processes, systems, and procedures to increase efficiencies in the technical team.
  • Train, coach, and mentor Paraplanners, including induction, training, ongoing training, and support.
  • Carry out necessary technical research and analysis to support Financial Advisers and meet client needs and objectives.
  • Prepare cashflow modelling reports to assist with client retirement planning.
  • Prepare suitability letters across a wide range of advice types, financial products, investment, and pension solutions.
