Job Summary

Our Training Logistics Analyst will be responsible for managing supplier relationships and event logistics for a major telecommunications company. This role will involve quoting and contracting suppliers, maintaining administrative and financial controls, and ensuring seamless event execution.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Hiring suppliers and managing event logistics
  • External purchases and procurement
  • Administrative and financial controls
  • Utilizing our platform and travel system

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in corporate events, training logistics, and purchasing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with communication tools (Teams and others)
