Your Journey with Prologis

Embark on an immersive experience, rotating through various departments, gaining hands-on experience and honing your skills under industry experts' guidance. You will kickstart your journey with a specialized 6-month deep dive into the RECX regional team, followed by rotations between valuations and fund management.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Project Implementation: Execute real estate projects, impacting organizational success.
  • Client Engagement: Cultivate relationships, understand customer needs, and enhance experiences.
  • Customer Management: Communicate terms, manage processes, and coordinate maintenance.
  • Revenue Opportunities: Align value-added services with customer needs.
  • Skills Development: Use tools, analyze data, and learn lease administration.
  • Negotiation and Financial Reporting: Develop management skills and meet financial goals.
What We Are Looking For
  • A degree in Real Estate, Logistics, or Engineering.
  • Pursuing the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC), preferably with an RICS accredited degree.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • A passion for international collaboration and a willingness to embrace new challenges.
  • Flexibility to reside in Amsterdam for 6 months and travel as required.
  • Valid driver's license for on-site visits.
  • Demonstrated interest in Industrial Real Estate and proficiency in IT skills.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
