We are seeking an experienced Commercial Assets Manager to join our Property team in Central and West England. In this role, you will oversee the development and execution of investment strategies for our commercial property portfolio and collaborate with various stakeholders on all property matters.

  • You will be responsible for identifying and implementing targeted asset investment plans that deliver value for money across our commercial stock.
  • Your goal will be to achieve timely completion of projects within agreed budgets through effective financial management.
  • You will coordinate communication with internal and external customers, addressing any service delivery shortfalls promptly.
  • Client involvement and feedback will be crucial in ensuring that capital and revenue projects meet customer needs.

This position requires a strong business partnering role, supporting staff across the commercial business with property-related matters, including repairs, maintenance, and compliance.

The ideal candidate will possess a building-related degree or relevant professional qualification, RICS Associate status, and recent experience in a similar role. They should also have robust knowledge of building regulations, legislation, and current practice.

We offer a competitive salary package, including up to £65,000 per annum plus a Company Car or Car Allowance, 25 days annual leave (rising to a maximum of 30 days) plus public holidays, a pension scheme with employer contributions, life assurance, and employee advice services.

In addition, we provide a cycle to work scheme, voluntary health plans, employee discounts, wellbeing support, and tools, as well as an employee recognition scheme.
