We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Asset Engineer to lead our technical team in delivering exceptional maintenance, remedial, and reactive tasks in a healthcare environment. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to creating and sharing maintenance plans, compliance details, procedures, guidance, and industry standards. Your expertise in CMMS systems and asset management will be invaluable in driving asset maintenance and life cycle planning. Additionally, you will assist in monitoring Service Level Tests, reporting on KPIs, and planning improvements to align with Contract deliverables. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a technical team of CPs and APs to deliver high-quality maintenance, remedial, and reactive tasks.
  • Contribute to creating and sharing maintenance plans, compliance details, procedures, guidance, and industry standards.
  • Assist in monitoring Service Level Tests, reporting on KPIs, and planning improvements to align with Contract deliverables.
  • Manage direct teams and supply chain partners to achieve incremental improvement in statutory, mandatory, and routine compliance performance.
  • Recommend implementing best practices to reduce costs, improve margins, and gain financial advantage over competitors.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Electrical Technician with experience of HV and LV systems.
  • Experience of CMMS systems integrated with Asset Management.
  • Good commercial awareness.
  • Computer literate and able to interrogate computerised data.
  • Experience of ventilation and medical gas systems.
