Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized support to the individual, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the individual's needs, preferences, and goals.
- Collaborate with the individual to create a personalized support plan, addressing their daily living needs, mental health, and social interactions.
- Assist the individual with daily tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
- Encourage and support the individual in their daily activities, promoting their autonomy and confidence.
