Job Title: Female Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team at Home not Hospital. The successful candidate will provide 360-degree support to an individual with autism and a learning disability, enabling them to live independently in the COCKERMOUTH area.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of autism and mental health, and be able to provide support during both good and challenging times. They will be a positive advocate for the individual, promoting their autonomy and independence.

The role requires the ability to work as part of a team, providing person-centred care and thinking outside the box to solve issues and overcome daily tasks. A fun and kind personality is essential, with the ability to have a laugh and joke while maintaining set standards and boundaries.
