Job Title: Support Worker

We're seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex needs, enabling them to live fulfilling lives. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personalized support to individuals, promoting their independence and well-being
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and housekeeping
  • Encouraging social interaction and participation in community activities
  • Working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
