We're seeking a skilled Parts Advisor to join our team at our PartsPlus Distribution Centre. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for receiving and processing telephone and internet orders, managing customer accounts, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Processing: Receive and process telephone and internet orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient order fulfillment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to maintain smooth operations and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- Automotive Industry Knowledge: Have a strong understanding of the automotive industry and its trends.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
