About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Advanced Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and effective clinical pharmacy service in Acute Medicine and Emergency Department.

The successful candidate will have experience in a range of clinical specialties and a strong understanding of patient safety issues relevant to pharmacy services. They will be responsible for supporting the Advanced Pharmacists for Acute Medicine and Emergency Medicine and participating as part of the multi-disciplinary team in Acute Medicine/Emergency Department to support consistent and effective medicines optimisation.
