In this role, you will join our specialist stroke team at Ashford & St Peter's, working alongside experienced doctors, consultants, and a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, patient-centered care.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Assess and manage patients with acute strokes and TIAs, covering ward rounds, multi-disciplinary team meetings, and stroke clinics.
  • Participate in clinical audits, governance activities, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Engage in professional development, research, and continuing medical education.

**Requirements:**

  • MRCP or equivalent medical qualification.
  • Higher degree (PhD; MD) or Mphil.
  • Desire to work towards CESR/CCT.

**Additional Information:**

  • This role requires relevant speciality knowledge and demonstrable experience in Stroke Medicine, including Hyper Acute patient management, acute patient management, and collaboration with MDT members.
  • The annual salary for this position is approximately £88,000-£99,000, depending on experience.
