Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Solicitor to join our team at eNL Legal Recruitment. As a Corporate Solicitor, you will play a key role in supporting the growth and development of our clients' businesses.

About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor to join a progressive Legal 500 firm in Northamptonshire. You will be working closely with a respected Partner and the Head of Corporate to develop your skills and expertise in corporate law.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical competence and confidence in handling corporate matters
  • Demonstrate a broad commercial understanding and a practical approach to business development
  • Work as part of a larger team on heavy transactions and develop expertise in business development and client retention
  • Apply true commercial acumen and drive to progress a career within a truly autonomous environment
