About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor to join a progressive Legal 500 firm in Northamptonshire. You will work closely with a respected Partner and the Head of Corporate to develop your skills and expertise in corporate law.

• Provide technical competence and confidence in handling corporate matters
• Demonstrate a broad commercial understanding and a practical approach to business development
• Work as part of a larger team on heavy transactions and develop expertise in business development and client retention
