Strategic Planning Specialist

At ENGINEERINGUK, we are seeking a skilled Strategic Planning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our planning department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training delivery plans that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with training team members to create robust training delivery plans that align with our annual key performance indicators.
- Support the delivery of planning and administration volumes, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Forecast costs and monitor expenditure on external suppliers to identify potential risks to the training delivery team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and quality-driven approach.
- Ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Knowledge of the railway industry and rail training sector.
- Understanding of training catalogues and supply chains.
- Experience working in a training environment.
