About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Professional to join our team at Home Group. As a Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers who have complex needs to develop their skills and live more independently in the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting customers with practical, daily living tasks to develop their independence and achieve their goals and aspirations.
- Working with a customer group who have experienced or are at risk of experiencing homelessness or rough sleeping.
- Helping customers with daily living activities such as making meals, shopping, budgeting, and maintaining their tenancy.
- Carrying out risk assessments, support planning, goal setting, and regular reviews.

Requirements
- Experience of caring for others, either in a professional or personal capacity.
- The ability to work on your own initiative and remain calm under pressure.
- A resilient approach and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
- The ability to work with customers who have complex needs and to provide tailored support to meet their individual requirements.
