Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support for machine breakdowns, conducting efficient diagnoses and implementing necessary solutions.
  • Manage the planned maintenance schedule for all machines on site, minimizing the risk of machine breakdown and maximizing machine lifespan.
  • Maintain a comprehensive and well-managed spare parts stock to facilitate swift machine repairs.
  • Review machine breakdowns and develop action plans to prevent future occurrences.
  • Coordinate with contractors to ensure site compliance with regards to RAMS, inductions, and work permits.

Requirements:

  • Sound mechanical and fitting background.
  • Experience with various machine tools (lathe, mill, CNC, hydraulic, pneumatic, press).
  • Forklift license (desirable).
