**Salary**: £30,000 per annum

**Employer Description**:
SPS Maintenance Limited is a business specialising in the installation, and maintenance of specialised security equipment, including Fire Alarms, CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarms, Nurse Call Systems, Disabled Refuge Systems, Disabled Toilet Alarms, Barriers and Fire extinguishers.

We have an ever-growing team on engineers based in and around the London, Greater London and South of England, with many projects covering Kent and Essex also.

We are rapidly expanding as a business and are looking for a professional, experienced administration assistant to work in our Pre-Planned Maintenance Department.

**Job Specifics**:

- To carry out PPM scheduling and progressions, ensuring the tasks that are due are scheduled for the correct day and time slots, utilising the engineering workforce efficiently.
- Liaise with clients where necessary.
- Ensure that engineers are in attendance and chase for completion reports.
- To provide an excellent level of client and customer focus, through all contact channels.
- Liaise with and communicate daily with engineering manager to ensure that all are fully aware of status of works.
- To work to meet SLA’s and provide KPI’s.
- Assist with the invoicing and renewal quotations of Pre-Planned Maintenance Visits.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Excellent communication and written skills
- Experience of Administration within the service industry
- Previous experience of working in an administration team would be an advantage
- Good presentation skills and understanding of Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook
- Ability to liaise confidently with Directors, Management and Engineers
- Able to prioritise own workload and report any issues directly to Line Manager
- Dealing directly with the engineer workforce to ensure works are completed in a timely and efficient manner
