We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pastry Commis Chef to join our team at Coworth Park, a 5-star hotel recognized for its excellence in service and cuisine. As a Pastry Commis Chef, you will be responsible for creating exquisite pastries and desserts that exceed our guests' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the day-to-day production of the pastry section to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Prepare dishes on a daily basis according to business requirements, following recipes and methods from the Head Pastry Chef and Senior Pastry team.
  • Develop and refine pastry skills to maintain the highest standards of quality and presentation.
