We are seeking an experienced Strategic Partnership and Innovation Manager to join our team at Minds Ahead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying, fostering and building powerful and mutually beneficial business relationships with diverse organisations and people that yield results and increase opportunities for schools.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Seeking and responding to commercial opportunities to expand the work of Minds Ahead
  • Managing early-stage communications with prospective customers, drafting proposals for work, and writing tenders for work
  • Rigorously tracking sales income, communicating with the CEO, and removing obstacles which are limiting the achievement of sales income

You will also play a leading part in the project management of secured projects, including delivery as appropriate. We offer a competitive salary of £32k FTE, equivalent to £19,200pa for 3 days a week, and occasional travel required. Location: Home-based, anywhere in England.
