Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Manager to join our team. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering high-quality technical services and solutions to our clients. You will work closely with our engineering team to prepare and design solutions that solve our clients' problems, interpret site investigation data, and prepare pricing and quotations in accordance with company policies and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and identify new business opportunities
  • Deliver high-quality technical services and solutions to clients
  • Work closely with engineering team to prepare and design solutions
  • Interpret site investigation data and prepare pricing and quotations
  • Manage project deadlines and budgets
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in infrastructure sectors
  • Relevant qualification in construction, engineering, or surveying sectors
  • Knowledge of grouting in the ground, structural support, void filling, slab lifting, water management, and subsidence problems
  • Proven sales experience and account management skills in the construction sector
  • Ability to regularly listen, communicate, and collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and work towards joint solutions
