Join a dynamic and forward-thinking accountancy practice in Oxford, where you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, working on complex accounts assignments, and using accounting software packages. You will have the chance to develop your technical and commercial knowledge, manage your own workload, and contribute to the growth and success of the practice. Our ideal candidate will have ACCA/ACA qualification or finalist status, minimum 3 years' UK practice experience, and expertise in FRS102 1A. They will also need experience of SRAs, international accounts, consolidated accounts, and charity accounts, as well as a university degree with a 2:1 or higher, or 3 good A-Level results (or equivalent). Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fully fluent in English, verbal and written, and exceptional attention to detail are also essential. A positive, confident, and proactive attitude is required, along with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. The salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
