NPI Engineer for Dynamic Production Environment

We are looking for a highly skilled Manufacturing/NPI Engineer who can effectively manage and improve our manufacturing processes.
Main responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve manufacturing efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement new products and processes.
- Leading the development and maintenance of technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
- Providing training and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including design for manufacturability.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
The estimated salary for this position is £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
