Job Requirements:

We are looking for a highly skilled Manufacturing/NPI Engineer who can effectively manage and improve our manufacturing processes.

Main responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and implementing strategies to improve manufacturing efficiency and productivity.
  2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement new products and processes.
  3. Leading the development and maintenance of technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
  4. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
  5. Providing training and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including design for manufacturability.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

The estimated salary for this position is £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
