Strategic Financial Planning Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Financial Planning Manager to join our team at AXA Group. As a key member of our Finance team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success through effective financial planning and analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain comprehensive financial plans and forecasts to support business decision-making.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement strategic plans that align with business objectives.
- Financial Reporting: Design and implement financial reporting processes to provide timely and accurate financial information to stakeholders.
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage a team of financial analysts and planners to ensure effective delivery of financial planning and analysis services.
- Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, business partners, and external vendors.
- Qualifications: ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification, with relevant post-qualified experience.
- Skills and Experience: Proven accounting, business, and commercial acumen, with strong leadership and team management skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial planning and analysis tools, such as SAP, Anaplan, or PowerBI.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders.
